Operations Director (Property Management)

Job Description We are seeking an experienced Operations Director to oversee property management and community operations across residential and/or mixed-use developments. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring high-quality service delivery, operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder satisfaction within Singapore's property management landscape. Oversee building operations, maintenance coordination, and service vendors
Ensure compliance with Singapore MCST and BMSMA regulations
