Operations Executive (Cleaning Service Industry)

Job Description: Assist the Assistant Operations Manager (AOM) in various projects, including coordination, execution of general cleaning processes, and managing cleaning logistics. Conduct on-site risk assessments to ensure safety and compliance. Review work orders to ensure timely and accurate completion of assignments. Assist in the delivery of equipment and cleaning products to customer sites. Provide guidance and on-the-job training to cleaning staff ensure team members' skills and service competencies are consistently maintained. Report to the Operations Manager. Perform any other administrative or operational duties as assigned on an ad hoc basis.
Requirements: Candidate must possess at least a Secondary School/GCE 'N' or 'O' Level/Professional Certificate/NITEC qualification, with at least 3 years of working experience in the cleaning service industry preferred.
