Operations Executive- Marine

Act as the primary operations point of contact for container vessels calling at Dubai ports Jebel Ali Port Rashid Etc

• Execute hands‑on container operations including discharge, loading, yard coordination and vessel sailing formalities
• Coordinate directly with Port Control, Dubai Maritime City Authority, ship masters, vessel operators, liners, feeder operators and principals
• Prepare, verify and submit operational documents such as berthing requests and pre‑arrival notices, container load discharge lists, cargo manifests and final sailing reports
• Monitor container productivity, crane operations and terminal performance during vessel operations
• Coordinate vessel berthing, shifting and sailing arrangements with port authorities
• Arrange pilotage, tugs, bunkering, fresh water, provisions, crew change and other marine services
