Opportunity Description
Responsibilities
- 1. Sales Coordination
- Oversees the workflow from orders received to final deliveries to vessels
- Coordination with warehouse, transporter, vessel agents, boat companies & barge
- Monitors and ensures every order received is delivered successfully
- Generating documents via our in-house company software
- Provide monthly operations report and verify charges from service providers
- 2. Inventory Management
- Monitors the inventory levels closely for stocks in warehouse and on barge
- Coordinate with vendors for barge replenishment
- Submits weekly opening and closing balance reports
- Monitor stock levels and pre-empt when it is time to restock
- Ensure that the system stock levels tally with actual physical stocks
- Conduct cycle counts to ensure no discrepancies
- Ensures the stocks are in good condition
