Operations Executive

Job Scope

-Plan routes for Technicians

-Strategise and put together manpower allocation plans.

-Coordinate and maintain open communication channels with all Technicians.

-Manage attendance, leave, work hours, overtime, and vehicle details.

-Participate in the handover or onboarding of new clients from the Sales Team.

-Schedule contracts and ad hoc tasks.

-Fine-tune schedules, job duration, etc to achieve maximum productivity

-Monitor revenue generated by Technicians

-Innovate strategies for enhanced schedule efficiency and route optimization.

-Work with Operations Manager on key matters that needs to be addressed (for example, schedules, routes. etc)

Requirements

-Diploma

-Plus if knowledgeable on pest control and/or facility management industries.

-Experience in operations,supervision of Drivers,Technicians, etc.
