Operations Executive

We are looking for a passionate, customer-focused, and self-motivated individual to join our dynamic team as Operations Executive . You will play a key role in operations planning and deployment while working closely with Sales, Finance and HR to ensure smooth project execution.

You will be expected to play key roles in Operations, including:

• Assist in the management of daily manpower deployment and site coordination.
• Ensure punctual reporting and proper execution of assigned duties.
• Resolve operational issues independently.

• Oversee attendance, OT, OIL, MC, leave and worker movement.
• Manage MIA cases, late reporting and site non-compliance.
