Operations Executive

A well-established firm located nearHarbourfront is seeking anOperations Executive onpermanent position.

• S$ 3500 – 5000 per month depending on relevant experience
• Variable Bonus, usually up to 3 months

• Coordinate daily bunker operations and vessel schedules.
• Liaise with vessel masters, barge operators, surveyors, suppliers, and port authorities on bunker delivery arrangements.
• Monitor bunker loading and discharging activities to ensure operational efficiency and compliance.
• Prepare and verify operational documents including:Bunker Delivery Notes (BDN)Cargo documentsDelivery reportsPort documentationStatements of Facts (SOF)
