Operations & Growth Executive

We're looking for someone who can run our business portfolio like it's their own.

That means keeping all outlets running well, making sure customers leave happy, and handling whatever comes up without needing to be told twice. But it also means having the curiosity to notice what we could be doing better, and the initiative to do something about it.

In return, you'll have direct access to the founder, genuine ownership over how the business performs, and a profit‑share structure that means when the company wins, you win.

What you’ll be doing

• Keep all outlets running day to day
• Own projects from concept to done
• Run customer research and turn what you hear into clear recommendations
• Direct our social media and make sure the brand shows up right
• Handle the ad‑hoc realities of a growing business: suppliers, vendors, admin, logistics
• Spot gaps and opportunities and bring them to the table
