The intent is to provide exposure to multiple areas of the business while supporting several ongoing improvement initiatives across the plant.
+ Assist with implementation of a plant-wide employee communication platform designed to improve communication with hourly employees who do not have company email access.
+ Support Operations, Quality, Maintenance, and Process Engineering teams with documentation updates and standardization projects.
+ Review, update, and organize process setup sheets, centerline documentation, visual work instructions, and standard operating procedures.
