Operations Lead (Hospitality)

We are looking for a compassionate and hands-on House & Family Room Program Lead to oversee the daily operations, service quality, and overall guest experience of a family support program based in Jakarta.

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about creating a safe, clean, comfortable, and supportive environment for families during challenging times. This position will be responsible for leading the House and Family Room operations, managing the team, ensuring strong service standards, and maintaining close coordination with internal teams, volunteers, hospitals, social workers, vendors, and external partners.
