SMS Burns Harbor is seeking a  motivated, safety focused, and hands-on  Operations Lead (Supervisor in Training).

This role will support daily operations in a steel mill scrap environment.

This role is designed as an entry-level leadership position with a clear path to supervision.  You will primarily work alongside the crew in a lead/working role supporting production, coordinating tasks, and assisting with projects while stepping into a supervisory role during vacations, absences, or as needed.
