Operations Manager (3 month FTC) (Toronto)

Job Purpose

This role is part of our Global Studios team. We create emotive yet conversion-focused ideas, products and campaigns at scale and speed. Our specialty is hyper-personalised, digital communications that change perceptions, shape new behaviours, and shift market share for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Ensure creation of high-quality, scoped briefs with a clean kickoff process across both client and DEPT® teams.
• Templatize timelines based on project type to streamline project timeline creation.
• Make Asana the control tower as the single intake and visibility layer.
• Connect Asana with DEPT® timelines, resourcing, and scope tracking.
• Define a clear source of truth at each stage, eliminating duplicate or conflicting workflows.
• Build simple governance for rescoping, prioritization and trade-offs.
• Align DEPT® and client stakeholders on a unified one way of working.
