Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead and oversee 401(k) retirement operations, ensuring seamless service delivery, operational excellence, compliance, and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in retirement plan administration, people leadership, stakeholder management, and process improvement within a financial services or BPO environment.

This role will manage day-to-day operations, drive performance against KPIs and SLAs, support client relationships, and lead high-performing teams focused on delivering accurate and timely retirement plan services.
