Job Summary: The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of inspection, testing, and certification services within the oil and gas sector. This role ensures operational efficiency, compliance with industry standards, optimal resource utilization, and delivery of high-quality services to clients while maintaining strict safety and regulatory adherence. Key Responsibilities: Operational Management Plan, organize, and manage daily operations of inspection and testing services across multiple projects and sites. Ensure timely execution of services such as NDT (Non-Destructive Testing), inspection, calibration, and certification. Monitor operational performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality. Coordinate with project managers, field teams, and clients to ensure seamless service delivery.
