Job Description

The Operations Manager supports the Distribution Center Manager in maintaining efficient warehousing, distribution and packaging operations in accordance with company and customer requirements. This position involves a high level of customer interaction and is accountable for driving profitability and productivity while maintaining high quality standards. The Operations Manager is also responsible for promoting a safe environment and monitoring compliance with safety procedures.

Salary for this role will be determined based on experience but ranges from $95,000-$120,000

Responsibilities:

  • Accomplishes department objectives by managing staff; planning and evaluating department activities.
  • Accountable for ensuring training is completed and records are maintained for a variety of needs including OSHA, customer, and other audits.
