Role Purpose

Embedded in the Office of the CEO, this role blends data-mining capability, hands-on Microsoft Copilot expertise, and executive-grade marketing to power targeted engagement with key customers and C-level decision-makers. The incumbent owns CRM data quality and customer intelligence for the group, turning fragmented data into named opportunities and ready-to-send executive communications — including direct support of CEO-led outreach.

This is a 3-way hybrid role: part data steward, part marketing strategist, part AI power-user.
