Operations Manager, Fulfillment Center

Summary: The Operations Manager has complete responsibility for end to end FC operations in her/his function along with a) Building level cost efficiencies at a Six sigma level deliverables b) Running Regional/National level key Initiatives c) ensuring Quality and Building Health d) eam development and diverse employee engagement at FC interfacing with all support functions

Responsibilities:
- Ensure a safe work environment for all associates
- Lead and supervise a team of Area Managers, Team Leads as Direct reportees supported by PAs and Associates in FC Operations
- Responsible for the overall Safety, Quality, Productivity and Delivery performance of department Operations
- Strategic planning and forecasting; appraise performance; resolve problems; and address staffing needs
