Operations Manager (Home Care)

Job Summary: The Operations Manager supports the Head of Home Help in executing service delivery across Home Personal Care (HPC), Medical Escort and Transport (MET) and Meals-on-Wheels (MOW). This role ensures daily operations are efficient, client-centred, compliant with regulatory standards and aligned with strategic goals. The Operations Manager coordinates logistics, develops team leads, optimizes resources and explores manpower innovation, including volunteers and micro-jobbers, to enhance service sustainability. Principal Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee daily operations to ensure timely, efficient, and high-quality delivery of HPC, MET, and MOW services.
Implement and review standard operating procedures to improve workflow efficiency, safety and service consistency.
Mentor and develop Team Leads to strengthen operational and leadership capability.
