FORMAL EDUCATION Grade 12 IT Business related qualification EXPERIENCE 5 – 7 years’ experience in operations management with experience in: Management of operations Network services and solution support Financial management Strategy design and implementation Experience in Vendor/Supplier management Managing a large client environment with more than 500 sites TECHNICAL / LEGAL CERTIFICATION ITIL v3 Foundation Certification (Advantageous) Project Management Professional (PMP) (Advantageous) RESPONSIBILITIES Manage the client expectations on service delivery by: i OS Upgrade planning aligned to the remediation of vulnerabilities Review of the configuration templates aligned to CIS standard Producing network designs in accordance with Client approved standards Develop and update network diagrams for projects Liaising with relevant network specialists and operations with regards to implementation.
