About the Role: A growing international betting operator is seeking a results-driven and highly structured Deputy Operations Manager to support the expansion of their retail sports betting operations in Brazil. Based in João Pessoa , this leadership position will play a critical role in implementing operational strategies, managing cross-functional support teams, and ensuring consistent service delivery across multiple sites. The role combines oversight of technology deployment, logistics, procurement, facilities, compliance, and security operations in a fast-paced and regulated industry.
