Location: Johannesburg | On-site.

Schedule: 4 pm – 1 am SAST, full-time | 45 hours/week | Flexible shifts as required.

About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead and oversee daily operations, drive performance, and ensure exceptional service delivery. This role is responsible for managing teams, optimizing processes, and achieving business and client objectives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Measure operational results and calculate weekly productivity incentives.
• Review and evaluate productivity reports and operational rankings.
• Present operational results to clients and senior management.
• Monitor and execute strategies and action plans aligned with performance results and established goals.
