Operations Manager - London - Up to £60k pa

Overview

The Operations Manager is responsible for the planning, execution and management of the company’s entire print production process, including repro, digital print, finishing, warehouse and maintenance, to improve client performance in shipping, inventory and throughput.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and direct the manufacturing and maintenance operation
• Implement lean initiative plans and processes to minimize manufacturing costs through effective utilization of manpower, equipment, facilities and materials
• Ensure delivery of business objectives and production schedules while maintaining product standards that exceed customer expectations
