Our client, a leading Singapore-based property developer, is seeking an experienced Facilities / Property Manager to oversee operations within a flagship retail mall . This role requires a technically strong M&E professional with a proven track record in shopping mall environments, ensuring seamless day‑to‑day operations, tenant satisfaction, and asset performance.

• Lead end‑to‑end facilities management of the mall, with a strong focus on mechanical & electrical (M&E) systems, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and safety


• Manage and mentor a team of technicians; implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs across all critical systems (HVAC, electrical, fire protection, lifts/escalators)
