Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and optimize the end-to-end operations of our device financing business. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in mobile phone financing, consumer lending, or fintech operations, with a deep understanding of the complete customer lifecycle, including pre-sales, onboarding, after-sales service, risk management, collections, and technical system coordination.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building operational excellence, improving portfolio performance, and ensuring seamless collaboration across sales, customer service, risk control, collections, and technical teams.
