Sheffield City Council is seeking a Registered Manager to lead our in-house respite services, supporting adults with learning disabilities and/or autism. Our provision is also open to all adults with eligible social care needs. The current service includes a 10-bedded unit and a single occupancy building dedicated to individuals with complex and challenging needs.

The successful candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of CQC registered services, along with a clear understanding of the statutory responsibilities of a registered manager. We are looking for someone who brings energy, drive, and a passion for continuous improvement – both personally and within the team and service.
