OPERATIONS MANAGER

This position reports directly to the Director and plays a key role in overseeing daily operations, service quality, and operational scalability of Yuan Li Heng 431 Pte. Ltd. The role interfaces with therapists, front-line staff, and management to ensure consistent delivery of structured therapeutic wellness services aligned with the company's TCM based philosophy. The Operations Manager is responsible for maintaining service excellence through operational standardization and team development.
