Opportunity Description
1. PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
The Operations Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management and oversight of Valet Parking Operations at their designated Airports Company South Africa (ACSA) airport. Each airport requires its own dedicated Operations Manager to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery in line with ACSA standards and the requirements of the client.
2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage and oversee all valet parking operations at the assigned airport on a daily basis.
• Supervise valet parking staff, including scheduling, performance management and training.
• Ensure compliance with ACSA operational standards, safety regulations and service level agreements.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between the contractor and airport management.
• Monitor parking facility capacity, vehicle flow, and turnaround times to ensure efficiency.
