Operations & Process Manager

A well-established business is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operational performance of the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading multiple departments, driving operational efficiency, implementing processes and ensuring the business operates effectively and profitably.

Reporting directly to the Directors, this role requires a strong leader who is comfortable managing teams, driving accountability, improving systems, and ensuring departmental KPIs are achieved.
