Operations & Social Media Executive

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Senior Operations & Social Media Executive to oversee our day-to-day operations while leading a small administrative team of 2–3 staff. The ideal candidate is hands‑on, detail-oriented, and capable of managing operational workflows, inventory coordination, and digital marketing activities to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Administration

Lead and supervise a team of 2–3 office staff.

Manage daily operational activities including Purchase Orders (PO), Delivery Orders (DO), invoices, and documentation.

Coordinate warehouse operations, inventory control, stock monitoring, and order fulfillment.

Liaise with suppliers, logistics partners, and customers to ensure smooth deliveries and service excellence.
