We're looking for a sharp, tech‑forward Operations & Documentation Coordinator to be the operational backbone of our business. This isn't a passive admin role. You'll own the flow of information — from client communication and supplier coordination to quotation submissions and marketing documentation — with speed, accuracy, and initiative.

• Prepare, manage and maintain all project documentation — submittals, BOQs, quotations, as‑built records
• Draft and submit accurate, well‑formatted quotations to clients with fast turnaround
• Coordinate with suppliers and clients to ensure rapid, clear communication and follow‑ups
