Opportunity Description
SayGen Genetics is seeking an experienced Operations Specialist to lead operations at our RT-PCR and IVD Diagnostics Kits manufacturing facility.
Key Responsibilities- End-to-end operational oversight of the manufacturing facility
- Leading cross-functional collaboration across R&D, Production, Quality and other teams
- Driving operational excellence through a focused outcome-based approach
- Ensuring seamless execution, team alignment and continuous process improvement
- Bachelor's, master's or PhD in Biotechnology, Microbiology or a related discipline
- 3-5 years of experience in diagnostics, biotechnology, medical device, or regulated manufacturing environments
- Strong knowledge of RT-PCR diagnostic technologies, assay development, IVD product development and manufacturing workflows
