As the Operations Superintendent, you will lead daily operations across shifts, align production plans with real-time capacity and materials, and create the conditions for teams to do their best work—safely and efficiently. You’ll champion a culture where continuous improvement is a daily habit, problems are solved at the root, and standards are built to last.
