Job Description:
Supervisor is responsible for the achievement of daily production program with the highest level of Safety, Quality, Costs and Environment. Supervisor is also responsible for driving continuous improvement activities and ensures the highest skills development for his/her team members/team leaders. Supervisor must maintain a good social climate and develop autonomy of the team. Supervisor must also be knowledgeable of the broader manufacturing organization and mobilizes support groups and resources when needed.
