Kellanova is seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to lead our day shift (7am -7pm) production team at our Cincinnati, OH Bakery. In this critical role, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our manufacturing facility, ensuring seamless production, quality control, and adherence to safety protocols.
From coordinating production schedules to optimizing resource allocation, you will play a pivotal role in driving efficiency and meeting production targets.
