Operations Supervisor

Our operation is based in Conley, GA and supports Walmart. We manage cross-dock operations, which includes sorting products, loading trailers and scheduling transportation.

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Supervise dock associates during assigned shifts, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks
• Monitor productivity, quality, and safety standards throughout the facility
• Train, coach, and develop team members to achieve performance goals
