Operations Supervisor

As an Operations Supervisor , you will be responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of the Central Edging Facility (CEF), ensuring efficiency, quality, and service excellence across all operational activities. You will play a critical role in optimizing workflows, supervising and developing the CEF team, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring the timely processing and delivery of customer orders. Working closely with cross-functional stakeholders, you will drive continuous improvement initiatives, uphold ZEISS global standards, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. Combining strong leadership with analytical capabilities, you will use operational data and insights to monitor performance, improve processes, and support the achievement of business objectives.
