Your Role
Operational Oversight
Manage the daily operations of transportation services, ensuring compliance with contractual standards and company policies. Oversee staff scheduling to ensure full coverage during regular operations, vacations, and sick leaves. Cover driving runs as required to maintain service continuity. Team Leadership & Performance
Direct and support drivers and staff, monitoring performance through site visits, incident/collision reports, and follow-ups.
