What You Will Do
- Supervise and provide direction to staff
- Assist in ensuring that Direct Support Staff are scheduled in the homes in accordance with the funding guidelines.
- Collaborate with Clinical, Operations Managers and Board Certified Behaviour Analyst where applicable to develop monthly activity recreational plan.
