Operations Supervisor - Mount Hope, ON (Sunday 11:00-21:00, Tuesday-Thursday 06:00-16:00)

Responsible for proactive management of operations staff, ensuring timely and accurate distribution of packages and freight while complying with regulatory requirements.

• Recruit, orient, train, schedule, manage and recommend discipline for all operations staff.
• Establish and implement productivity, quality and cost metrics and strategies to achieve desired operational results.
• Ensure timely and accurate distribution of inbound and outbound freight daily in accordance with established standards and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory bodies and regulations related to ground transportation of goods and loading/dispatching of trailers and trucks.
• Ensure load planning and security of all equipment and vehicles.
• Maintain staff permits and keep ground operation audit records up to date.
