Primary Duties & Responsibilities
Manage and oversee shift performance in one or more of the following: Front End, Back End, Probe, EPI, – Manufacturing processes Manage and oversee shift performance in one or more of the following: EPI, Front End Wafer Fab , Back End Wafer Fab, PROBE, CHIP, EVAL, BIN – Process functions. Supervise the Operator teams to: Maintain safe working environment Deliver high quality, cost competitive product, on time. Collaborate with process engineering, logistics and R&M to ensure attainment of site goals. Lead teams and individuals to continuously improve work processes and efficiencies. Create a work environment where open communications, positive employee relations, creativity, productivity and participation are encouraged and employees are respected, recognized and rewarded.
