My client in the logistics industry and based in the Kimberley area has an Operations Supervisor position available.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Availability of time and flexibility of schedules.
• Ease of communication and desirable experience with leadership roles involving operational teams.
• Demonstrate personal and professional behavior compatible with the function. Motivate, train and develop leaders and operational teams.
• Ensuring compliance with legislation and maintaining safe working conditions for the team. Preserve the relationship with the client and with the clients of its client.
• Provide operational conditions for the execution of the team's routines and for obtaining results.
