Operations Support Technician
What you’ll do at Insight
This is an internal IT Operations role responsible for level 1 support and monitoring of Insight’s internal IT infrastructure. Common duties and responsibilities includedwith this role include:
Monitor IT infrastructure utilizing multiple tools.
Utilize ITSM platform to manage and log all support issues.
Monitor shared mailboxes, Microsoft Teams, and other communication methods used by other teams to report IT incidents to the IT Operations Team.
Participate in team phone support queue leveraged by other IT teams to report infrastructure issues.
Complete various MACD type requests.
Perform 1st level diagnosis and troubleshooting for infrastructure support issues.
Create and maintain IT support documentation including knowledgebase articles.
