Operations Team Lead (Buenos Aires)

This is a first‑line, hands‑on people leadership role supporting a local team of Presentation Specialists. The focus is on day‑to‑day execution, prioritization, coaching, and performance support to deliver timely, high‑quality client solutions. This opportunity is well‑suited for someone stepping into their first formal people manager role or an early‑career manager.

Shift: Monday–Friday, 1:00pm–10:00pm

Job Responsibilities

• Provide daily guidance, prioritization, and support to Presentation Specialists to ensure processes and methodologies are followed
• Track work in progress and team coverage; monitor core metrics (demand vs. capacity) and elevate risks/issues to management
• Support onboarding and training; provide ongoing feedback and coaching to drive quality and timeliness
