In this new role, you will help assemble small spoke ends. The work pace is approximately 12 pieces per hour and involves repetitive tasks. Because very small components are used, precision and fine motor skills are essential.
Your main tasks:
- Preparing all parts and materials
- Assembling and putting together small components
- Cutting and stripping wire
Gluing components
The work can be performed either standing or seated at a workbench. It is not physically demanding, and no heavy lifting is required.
- Has good fine motor skills
- Works very accurately, neatly, and consistently
- Has a perfectionist and patient work attitude
- Presents themselves in a mature and responsible manner
