Job Purpose:
Work with warehouse colleagues to ensure efficient, safe and accurate handling of stock and delivery of high quality service to all customers.
Responsibilities:
Ensure all requests from internal and external customers are met within agreed SLAsProvide all relevant information to Supervisory team to allow accurate planning of task and resource allocationAccurate entry of data into warehouse management system and KPI reporting templatesEnsure proactive communication to Supervisory team and wider business should there be any issues which will impact scheduled activitiesMay also be required to support with core operational tasks such as goods receipt, put away, pick and pack customer orders in alignment with established company processes and SSW documentation (Safe System of Work);Assist with regular and ad hoc site activities such as full inventory checks, system deve...
