About the Role

As the HR Process Excellence Lead, you will be a key contributor shaping the way we work across Reckitt's Global People Services (GPS). Operating within an HR Shared Services environment, you will serve as the crucial translation layer between functional HR stakeholders experiencing operational bottlenecks and technical execution teams. Commencing as a high‑impact individual contributor, you will drive rapid iterations, pragmatic problem‑solving, and localized automation to elevate service delivery.

Responsibilities

Process Optimization & Automation

• Map current-state operational processes, diagnose inefficiencies, and identify gaps and improvement areas.
• Map automation opportunities and architect streamlined future‑state workflows.
• Support creation of standardized automation pipelines and translate operational requirements into high‑level, business‑oriented user stories for development.
