Applicants should meet the following criteria:
Evidence of degree level study or equivalent. Evidence of relevant clinical professional development preferably evidenced by certification RN with valid NMC Registration. Maths, English GCSE at grades A to C or equivalent functional skills level 2 evidence. Proficient in the use of a PC, including the use of software and systems. No qualifications needed, training will be provided. Duties of this role include:
Co-ordinate the outpatient ophthalmic services and support a seamless patient pathway, providing support, and act as a resource to staff of all levels, and develop nursing practice in the delivery of care to ophthalmic patients, through innovative strategies.
