Ophthalmic Technician

We are seeking a highly experienced, friendly, motivated, detail oriented and hard

working candidate for a Full Time Ophthalmic Technician to assist our client's ophthalmologists (M.D.'s) with exams and procedures.

Duties will include

Pretesting, HVF, OCT, IOL, photos, scans, refraction, documenting past medical history and medications accurately in EMR dilation, injections, cross linking assistance, other duties as requested by the doctor or tech supervisor

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service background
• Efficient and accurate at interviewing patients and documenting histories and visual acuity
• Proficient data entry skill
• Demonstrated working knowledge of eye anatomy and ocular diseases
