Why we need this role

We are looking for an Optical TAC specialist with the expertise to ensure effective and timely resolution of network and service issues related to the optical technology domain. The role involves managing both domestic and overseas issues across the APAC region, supporting infrastructure implementation, optimizing network performance and health, managing vendors, and maintaining network security and governance.

The Optical TAC specialist is responsible for supporting the Service Delivery team with circuit provisioning and activation, as well as serving as an escalation point for incident handling from the Service Assurance team, including effective problem management and resolution.
