Optics Process Engineer

The Optics Process Engineer is responsible for supporting a broad range of engineering activities, including the sustainment of existing products, the introduction of new products, and the continuous improvement of manufacturing processes to meet both current and future operational needs in optics. A key focus of the role is to contribute to strategic productivity initiatives aimed at reducing reliance on labour‑intensive manufacturing methods. This includes participating in the design, development, and deployment of automation solutions that enhance efficiency, consistency, and scalability within optics manufacturing operations. The position reports to the Principal Optics Engineer and is part of the Optics Department located in Singapore and will be an on‑site role.
